Our rebound shoes come in various sizes to support users from 5 years old (18kg) to over 125kg.

Although each pair weighs about 1.8kg and may feel challenging at first, your body quickly adapts—so don’t give up after one try! With proper adjustments, kids, teens, adults, beginners, and returning exercisers can all enjoy Kangoo Jumps.

Q. Are Kangoo Jumps shoes safe? Do I have to worry about losing balance or breaking ankles? 

 KJ shoes are very safe when used correctly. They’re designed to protect your joints, improve balance, and reduce impact with a low center of gravity and shock-absorbing spring system—making them safer than many regular athletic shoes.

Ankle injuries are extremely rare, thanks to strong lateral support and natural alignment. Most people feel stable after just a few minutes of use.

As with any new activity, start slow and follow basic safety guidelines. Once you get the hang of it, you'll feel confident and secure with every bounce!

 Jogging on KJ boots can be a good option for people with weak knees and hips, as they offer a low-impact workout.

The boots' shock-absorbing design reduces stress on joints while providing an effective cardio session.

Wear comfy workout clothes

and thick or double calf-length cotton socks.

2. Boot Fitting
Fasten until you hear a click—not too tight! 

3. First Moves
Stand slowly, look ahead, and start by marching or light jogging in place. Bounce from foot to foot with feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your weight centered—not just on toes or heels.

4. Boot Weight - 1.8kg each
It might feel tough at first, but your body will adjust. Don’t quit after one try!
